Research
We turn an idea into a structured study, test it, and run it. We write and manage the grant applications that fund the work, meet the funder's requirements, and present and publish the findings. Qualitative research methods are a core strength.
Evaluation
We design, run, and manage evaluation plans, then collect and summarize the results and tie them back to the goals of the larger project.
Business Model Development
When research points to a problem worth solving, we test the concept. We identify market compatibility, whether a market exists, and what the product should look like, then build the business model and run customer discovery to confirm the fit.
Design
We build wireframes, work with engineers and third-party platforms, and confirm what is possible before development starts. The solution can take the form of a system, a program, a partnership, or a grant application.
Build
We build the system ourselves, test it as it takes shape, and connect it to the tools your team already uses.
Beta Testing
Phase one uses outside testers to remove bias and surface issues for repair. Phase two tests with your end users to confirm the system serves their needs and reflects the original vision. Each phase ends with a summary report.
Launch and Marketing
Launch planning begins during testing. We develop social media campaigns, build awareness, present at conferences and on podcasts, connect with partners, and pursue funding opportunities.
Training
We train your team on the final system and on any stage of this process.
Ongoing Management
After launch, we find new grants and partnerships, write evaluation plans for funding applications, and put the business model strategy into action.
